• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Provider

• We currently ship orders through USPS (United States Postal Service).

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. On average, one product weighs 1.4 lbs.
• Flat-Rate Shipping (USPS):
• 0 – 1.4 lbs: $8
• 1.5 – 2.9 lbs: $11
• 3 – 4.3 lbs: $15
• 4.4 – 5.6 lbs: $18
• 5.7 – 7.1 lbs: $20
• If your order exceeds 7.1 lbs, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

4. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States.
• Delays may occur due to weather, postal service issues, or peak holiday seasons.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.

6. International Shipping

• At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at karenguzak@gmail.com so we can assist you.
