At Angel Arms Works, we take pride in the craftsmanship and sustainability of our handmade bags. Each piece is carefully sewn from repurposed and recycled materials to create something truly unique.

We understand, however, that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us for approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, email us at karenguzak@gmail.com with your order number and details of your request. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our bargain bags are made from limited or leftover materials, they are sold as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (once approved), and we will process an exchange for another bag of your choice.

Refunds

We do not issue monetary refunds. Instead, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit once your return is approved and processed.
